I am honored to present my latest strategic research on the critical topic of rebuilding intelligence and security structures in post conflict states, with a particular focus on the Libyan context.
This comprehensive study draws from an extensive analysis of both the Libyan and Sudanese cases, while integrating insights and best practices from renowned international organizations, including the UNDP, NATO, RUSI, and the African Union.
