Given that the world is currently warming faster than ever before, and because this increase has a significant impact on the urban environment in terms of comfort and air quality. Libya is among the countries affected by these climate changes, and because these changes have a significant impact on the urban environment (housing and the surrounding environment), and their impact on the urban fabric.
